Mint Banana Nice Cream

This is incredibly easy to make. You just need a good blender.


3 frozen bananas, broken into chunks

1/4 tsp spirulina

1/4 tsp peppermint extract

1/4 cup plant milk


Add all the ingredients into the blender (put the bananas in last). Blend for about 45 seconds on high. Spoon into a bowl. Done.

Cooking notes:

  • I reduced the amount of spirulina from the original recipe as it went effluent green!

  • You don’t have to use spirulina if you don’t want, it’s just for colour and I had some in the cupboard

  • Flavours. This is obviously mint and I had peppermint extract in my baking drawer. You can use another flavour if you want.
