Instant Mushroom Pho


1 packet of Clearspring Miso Instant Soup

Handful of mushrooms, sliced

1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice

Handful of pak choi/greens, chopped

Handful of broccoli florets

Handful of noodles


Add the soup packet contents to the pan and mix with one cup of water. Add the vegetables and bring up to boil. Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes (or whatever the packet says for the noodles). Serve.
