There are three daytime classes in Reigate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during term-time plus Evening Yoga on Wednesdays. You can book a half term block or drop-in for a single class.

And, if you can come to more than one class in the week your 2nd class is just £5!

New to yoga or returning after a break? Ease yourself in gently with the beginners' class. Instruction on all the basics with time to take in clear direction in a light-hearted, friendly group.


FIT Flow

11:30 - 12:30

Wednesdays @ Colman Redland


A faster paced class to get you to peak fitness. This vinyasa (one breath, one movement) class builds strength, and flexibility with some cardio thrown in. Need work on your upper body? Back like an ironing board? Not for much longer.


Slow Flow & Relaxation

09:15 - 10:30

Fridays @ Reigate Martial Arts


Slow doesn't always mean easy but we take our time getting there. Seated poses are also included to work on improving flexibility. The class ends with a guided relaxation to unwind before your weekend.
