Classes

There are three daytime classes in Reigate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during term-time plus Evening Yoga on Wednesdays. You can book a half term block or drop-in for a single class.

And, if you can come to more than one class in the week your 2nd class is just £5!

Beginners

11:00 - 12:00

New to yoga or returning after a break? Ease yourself in gently with the beginners' class. Instruction on all the basics with time to take in clear direction in a light-hearted, friendly group.

 

Flow

13:30 - 14:30

Wednesdays @ Colman Redland

'Vinyasa' means to combine one breath with one movement. The class builds strength, balance and flexibility with mainly standing poses and a cool down with seated poses and savasana (relaxation).

 

Slow Flow & Relaxation

09:15 - 10:30

Fridays @ Reigate Martial Arts

Slow doesn't always mean easy but we take our time getting there. Seated poses are also included to work on improving flexibility. The class ends with a guided relaxation to unwind before your weekend.

Evening Yoga

Wednesdays 8.15-9.15pm @ St Joseph's Church Hall, Ladbroke Rd, Redhill. This class runs every week, including school holidays.

£10 pay-as-you-go (only £5 for your first lesson). No need to book, just turn up. Equipment provided but please bring your own mat if you have one.

I teach this class every third week on rotation with two other teacher friends, Jean Stafford and Nancy Campbell.
