There are three daytime classes in Reigate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during term-time plus Evening Yoga on Wednesdays. You can book a half term block or drop-in for a single class.

And, if you can come to more than one class in the week your 2nd class is just £5!

New to yoga or returning after a break? Ease yourself in gently with the beginners' class. Instruction on all the basics with time to take in clear direction in a light-hearted, friendly group.



11:30 - 12:30

Wednesdays @ Colman Redland


'Vinyasa' means to combine one breath with one movement. The class builds strength, balance and flexibility with mainly standing poses and a cool down with seated poses and savasana (relaxation).


Slow Flow & Relaxation

Fridays @ Reigate Martial Arts


Slow doesn't always mean easy but we take our time getting there. Seated poses are also included to work on improving flexibility. The class ends with a guided relaxation to unwind before your weekend.


Relaxation Workshop

Christmas breather! Two hours to yourself:

Instead, I’ll take you through a relaxing and gentle all-body flow to loosen up those tight shoulders, stiff hips and legs and ease that lower back leaving you feeling more comfortable to lie down with a blanket and an eye pillow.

Then just lie there and listen to a guided meditation to switch off that mind - even if it’s for 45 minutes! It’s so good for you; you’ll feel refreshed, you’ll sleep better and you’ll have a clearer head.
All you need is: 2 hours, a blanket and a cushion.

Mats, eye pillows, mood lighting and soft floor provided! Plus, you’ll still have Sunday evening to get on with prep for the week ahead. It’s a no brainer.
