Yoga in Reigate

You might be new to yoga and thinking of giving it a try or have some experience already; either way you're welcome to join our friendly group classes in Reigate. 

You might not be getting any younger but there's no need to let midlife take over! Yoga can enhance your life immeasurably:

Classes

There are three general classes a week (term-time) to choose from.

All equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own mat if you have one.

You can book online below either for a half-term or drop-in.

beginners

mondays 11:00-12:00

 New to yoga or returning after a break? Ease yourself in gently with the beginners' class. Instruction on all the basic poses with the time to take in clear direction in a light-hearted and friendly group.

wednesdays 13:30-14:30

 'Vinyasa' means to flow from one pose to another in time with the breath. Build strength and stamina, balance and flexibility with mainly standing poses and a cool down with seated poses and savasana (relaxation).

fridays 09:15-10:30

 Slow doesn't always mean easy but we take our time getting there. Seated poses are always included to work on improving flexibility. The class always ends with a guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to fully unwind before your weekend.
