Yoga in Reigate

You might be new to yoga and thinking of giving it a try or have some experience already; either way you're welcome to join my friendly group classes in Reigate.


what's happening this month?





There are three daytime group classes a week (term-time) to choose from and one evening class. See the Class & Workshops page for more details about all the classes.

All equipment is provided and you can book online or just come along.


mondays 11:00-12:00

New to yoga or returning after a break? Ease yourself in gently with the beginners' class. Instruction on all the basic poses with the time to take in clear direction in a light-hearted and friendly group.

FIT flow

wednesdays 11:30-12:30

'Vinyasa' means to flow from one pose to another in time with the breath. Build strength and stamina, balance and flexibility with mainly standing poses and a cool down with seated poses and savasana (relaxation).

slow flow & relaxation

fridays 09:15-10:30

@ reigate martial arts

Slow doesn't always mean easy but we take our time getting there. Seated poses are always included to work on improving flexibility. The class always ends with a guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to fully unwind before your weekend.
